Cancer Society Selling Daffodils!

The pretty bright yellow daffodils will be out in full swing again this spring as the Canadian Cancer Society volunteers’ team up to sell the fresh bunches flowers to help raise money in support of the fight against cancer. The sale of these recognizable blooms kicks off Cancer Awareness Month in April, as well as the 2010 Relay For Life season. Daffodil Days takes place March 22-27. Flowers sell for $6 a bunch on this Tuesday, March 23^rd at the Co-Op Marketplace, and Wednesday, March 24^th and Thursday, March 25^th at the Daffodil Mountain in the Prairie Mall. Daffodil bud vases and bouquets will also be available for purchase.
