County Road Closures

The County of Grande Prairie has updated its list of road closures due to excessive rainfall and subsequent flooding. The most recent closure is RR 123 from Secondary Highway 672 to TWP 734 TWP 745A west of RR 132 (Old Mill Road) also the road and bridge at Rural Route 65 from Township Road 724 to Township Road 730. There are other closures on some county roads and you're being asked to drive with caution as crews continue to assess possible damage to culvert crossings in a number of areas. Due to rising river water levels, late Saturday, the County of Grande Prairie closed both Pipestone Creek Park and Hommy Park until further notice. Demmitt Park is also partially closed.
