Ginger Beef Choice Recall

A recall issued last week for a ready-to-eat Ginger Beef Choice product due to possible Listeria contamination is being expanded. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says 38 ready-to-eat products made by Ginger Beef Choice of Calgary are now being recalled. They all carry a U-P-C code that begins with the numbers 6-65075 and were sold in B-C, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The federal agency is warning some of the products sold in bulk may be sold in grocery stores with different U-P-C codes.
