Update on Grande Prairie's Multiplex

A brief power outage in the City’s south side Thursday evening shut down all power services to the Community Knowledge Campus area, resulting in damage at the Aquatics and Wellness Multiplex and caused the postponement of Monday and Tuesday’s planned events.

Plans will proceed as follows:

Thursday 5:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Members and Sponsors are invited to come and enjoy a partial opening of the Multiplex excluding the Aquatics Area. This includes the fitness area, field house, running track, Jungle Play Place and squash and racquetball courts.

Friday 5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. - Public partial opening of the Multiplex excluding the Aquatics area includes the fitness area, field house, running track, Jungle Play Place and squash and racquetball courts.

Saturday – 5:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. – regular public hours begin partial opening - with a potential opening of the Aquatics area based on results from water analysis testing.

Saturday 1:30 p.m. Ribbon Cutting – Open to the Public
