The Non-Word of the Summer

A non-word is Merriam-Webster's 2010 ``Word of the Summer.''  Sarah Palin's pseudo-word ``refudiate'' -- her mixture of refute and repudiate -- was the most-often searched by users of its online dictionary.

Other words people didn't understand and needed to look up included inception, despicable and opulent.
