Slurpee Capital?

Manitobans have done it again. Convenience store king 7-Eleven has crowned Manitoba the Slurpee Capital of the World, for the 12th year in a row. The store chain presented a Slurpee trophy cup to Winnipeg's Mayor in 2009, to mark the 10th year the province took the title. There's no fanfare this year, although a corporate spokeswoman praises Winnipeg and Manitoba for their love affair with the frosty beverage
