Storm Salute GP Comp

The Grande Prairie Storm hockey club along with AMA and Wendy’s will be saluting the Composite High School at the Storm home game against the Spruce Grove Saints on Tuesday, Dec. 6 in the Canada Games Arena.
The team has put together some giveaways and draws for the school, but is looking for more. Any company interested in donating an item or items for draws and giveaways for the students can do so by contacting Don Moon at the Storm office at 780-538-4919 or emailing him at thegpstorm@gmail.com
Louis Judd, brother of Zach Judd, who is recovering in an Edmonton hospital after an accident that took the lives of four of his Composite Warriors teammates, will do a ceremonial puck drop at the start of the game.
A pre-game PowerPoint about the school will also appear on the big screen.
The game is part of the Wendy’s Salutes Schools program.
Any GP Composite students, teachers or other staff members wanting to attend the game can contact Composite teacher Darren Foley for their free ticket.
