Distracted Driving in Effect Sept 1st!

Hands off the cellphone while driving. Starting September 1st, Alberta motorists won't be allowed to drive and talk on hand-held cellphones. The law bans all forms of distracted driving, including reading and watching DVDs. Violaters face a 172-dollar fine.
