Trying to Lose a few pounds?

Want to drop a few pounds? Pick up a pen. A new study has found that women who spent fifteen minutes a day writing about things important to them -- like relationships, music, or religion -- lost more weight. Researchers suggest some of the women who took part in the self-integrity exercise, no longer felt they had to eat something to feel better about themselves.
