day of hope for Grande Prairie!
Be
blessed on June 15th during our Rising Above Share-a-thon! With a number of participants through their program, Shine FM wants to recognize the
tireless work that Rising Above has done for providing housing, employment, and
guidance to those in need.
Rising Above is a ministry founded on hope of redemption through second chances.
This year’s Share-A-Thon kicks off a brand new exciting phase for Rising Above with the future opening of Rising Above Second Chance Furniture (location to be determined). Offering gently used furniture, Rising Above’s new store will also provide participants with employment readiness training.
When you donate your quality
second-hand furniture to Rising Above’s Second Chance Furniture you will help make an
impact on lives right here in Grande Prairie!
Every donation of $50.00 or more will go in to the draw for a beautiful eagle photograph from professional wildlife photographer Laura Sample from Vancouver Island.

Our goal at Shine FM, during the
Rising Above Share-a-thon on June 15th, is to get community support and funding
to establish this ministry project.
